Alpha Care Center

The Brief

Redesign Website to:

  • Match new Logo/Branding
  • Give those in crisis quick access to help
  • Create a feeling of support for both visitors who are trying to conceive, and those facing a crisis pregnancy
  • Improve organization and navigation to direct both clients and donors

Alpha Care Center needed a website that better reflected their updated branding while also making it easier for individuals and families to quickly find support and resources. Because many visitors may be navigating stressful or time-sensitive situations, clarity and ease of use were key priorities.

What I did – and why

I redesigned Alpha Care Center’s website to align with new branding and support visitors in emotionally sensitive moments. The hero imagery was carefully chosen to feel inclusive and non-triggering for both crisis pregnancy visitors and individuals trying to conceive, setting a compassionate tone while directing users quickly to the help or information they need.

I focused on simplifying the site structure and highlighting key actions like scheduling appointments and accessing resources so users could find what they need without feeling overwhelmed. The visual design was updated to feel more welcoming and cohesive, reinforcing a sense of trust and care.

The result is a clean, accessible website that aligns with their mission and helps connect people to support more efficiently.

  • Video storytelling was intentionally used to humanize the mission, helping donors understand impact while allowing clients to see themselves reflected in the organization’s support.
  • Service categories and iconography were designed as a reusable system to support future growth and consistency across digital and print materials.
  • A clear CTA hierarchy prioritizes immediate access to care, while secondary CTAs support donor engagement without competing for attention.
